The Litigation Department is composed of a number of senior lawyers and paralegals specializing in litigation and arbitration, and adopts the combination of team cooperation and the responsibility of the senior lawyer. The department has perfect case management system, legal service quality supervision system and collective discussion system for major and difficult cases. The team has rich judicial practice experience and litigation skills. The department maintains good relations with real estate, industry and commerce, intellectual property, judicial and other authorities, accounting firms, patent firms, banks and other institutions. It also has a long-term and stable assistance relationship with foreign, Hong Kong and Taiwan law firms, and can provide all-round and high-quality legal services.

l File Management

After a case is accepted and put on file, our staff shall be responsible for making a case file folder, establishing the corresponding electronic documents, and preserving the relevant materials related to the case.

For major and difficult cases, all the members of the Litigation Department shall discuss and formulate a litigation plan.

l Case Tracking

Make case memorandum, follow up the case situation and record the handling matters, and report the case progress to the clients in time.

l Civil and Commercial Litigation

(a) Disputes over land use rights and real estate ownership

(b) Litigation of contract disputes such as sales contracts, leasing contracts, loan contracts and construction contracts

(c) Litigation of personal damage compensation, traffic accident damage compensation and other infringement disputes

(d) Litigation of marriage, family, inheritance, protection of minors and other marriage and family disputes

l A criminal Action

(a) Provide legal advice to criminal suspects, appeal and charge on behalf of them in the investigation

(b) Act on behalf of the arrested suspects in the investigation to apply for bail pending trial

(c) Act as the defendant’s advocate in the litigation

(d) Act as the agent of the victim and file an incidental civil lawsuit on behalf of the victim

(e) Act as an agent in criminal private prosecution cases, file private prosecution and incidental civil compensation, and participate in reconciliation or mediation
